Make sure the device is plugged into the network and power is applied. Only one person may be connected to a device at a time - if someone else is using the device, the device will show as "Unavailable" (Remote Devices) or will not appear on the list at all (Local Devices). If the device is an Ethernet device directly connected to your PC or if your network is a Static IP network use the Static IP command to designate an IP address. If the Device is not in Your Network or in your Virtual Private Network (VPN) use the Change IP/Port command to configure a new IP address and port designation.
