Why Place Your Order Online?

Due to the volume of responses to many of our products we have optimized our online ordering process. The advantages to you are:

Fast Delivery (Same Day Shipping in Many Cases)

When you order in stock products online before 3 PM Eastern Time Monday-Friday your order is fast-tracked to ship that same day (unless indicated otherwise on our website). Orders placed any other way work outside this efficient system and risk delay. Same day delivery is for shipping within the United States only and does not apply to orders that include DI-5B or DI-8B modules, or products that require custom calibration. Fast delivery times only apply when you place your order in the DATAQ Online Store. Please note that the same day shipping is an estimate NOT a guarantee.

Business shipping days are Monday-Friday. If you order on Friday after 3 PM or over the weekend your starter kit will ship on Monday. We do NOT have UPS Saturday Delivery shipping. If you need your package delivered on a Saturday please call DATAQ at 330-668-1444. Products will NOT be shipped during DATAQ Observed Holidays.

Order Tracking

A tracking number and customer invoice is provided via email for all orders placed online. Click anytime, day or night, to track the progress of your order from our doorstep to yours.

Security

Placing your order online is the best way to ensure your personal information is protected. The DATAQ Online Store uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt payment data. When you place your order online, it is processed directly through our credit card processor, so no one will have access to your account information.

IMPORTANT: To confirm if the products you are ordering are available for same day shipment please email sales@dataq.com. When you place an online order our shipping team will email you if the order is not going to ship within 1 business day.

DI-8B Modules:* 1 - 2 weeks.

DI-5B Modules:* 3 - 4 weeks.

Lascar or Graphtec products ordered with Calibration certificate:* 2 - 4 weeks.

Estimated ship time for all other products:* 1 - 5 days. If you need your order rushed, please call DATAQ at 330-668-1444 or make a note in the Special Order Instructions when ordering online.
